The Contribution of Humanistic Economy to the Construction of Urban Civilization Paradigm:Theoretical Logic,Practical Challenges and Realization Paths
Humanistic Economics is the guide of the theory for the construction of Chinese-style mod-ernization and the new form of human civilization,the new summary and new expression of Chinese-style development concepts,and the new grip for building the model of urban civilization.The model of urban civilization is the collector of modern civilization,the vivid embodiment of China's develop-ment path,the stage to show China's development achievements,and the forward benchmark repre-senting the future urban civilization of mankind.Humanistic economics can help the construction of urban civilization paradigm through four aspects:"operating the city with culture""industry-based""people-oriented"and"goodness-oriented".However,the construction of urban civilization para-digm promoted by humanistic economics is also faced with the challenges of unclear positioning,un-clear orientation,insufficient force and unstable determination and other realities.In the face of the challenge,this paper puts forward the following six coping strategies:the first is to take the city's own resource endowment as the basis for the construction of regional characteristics of the humanities economic development strategy;the second is to advocate the development of common narratives a-mong cities,so as to form the influence of urban humanities and economic development;the third is to pay attention to the combination of internal strength and external strength of urban civilization,and to build a new humanistic city with a global vision;the fourth is to improve the linkage level of met-ropolitan area and city cluster,and build a system of urban civilization model cluster;the fifth is to improve the recognition of urban humanities,and build the city with its own characteristics;the sixth is to build an urban cultural scene with a humanistic temperature,and gather the cultural consensus of the diversified subjects in the city.
