The discourse system of China's new-type Party system is a discourse creation based on the political theory and practice of socialist political Party with Chinese characteristics.It mainly in-cludes the people-centered democratic political discourse system,the solidarity-oriented political or-der discourse system,the political Party relationship discourse system characterized by harmony,and the governance-oriented political Party function discourse system.In the face of international dis-course competition and changes in power balance,the Western party system discourse system uses such concepts as"separation of powers,checks and balances""competitive election""political party rotation""veto politics",etc.to carry out discourse attacks on China's new-type Party system,which constitutes the discourse shield of China's new-type Party system discourse system.To explore inno-vative pathways for continuously improving the discourse system of China's new-type Party system,it is necessary to break the capital-dependent,civilization-based,academic paradigm,and hegemonic practices of the Western party system discourse system,enhance the people-centered nature,cultural depth,theoretical foundation,and discourse context of China's new-type Party system discourse sys-tem,and drive the political advantages of China's new-type Party system to become discourse advan-tages.
