Elastic Employment and Flexible Management:Research on the Operating Mechanism of the New Teacher Employment System in Colleges and Universities Under Multiple Institutional Logics
Elastic employment and flexible management are the preconditions and characteristics for universities to respond to the complexity of multiple logics when implementing the new teacher em-ployment system.The new teacher employment system is jointly influenced by the national logic,the market logic and the academic logic.Universities adopt the strategies of integrating the market logic with the national logic and taking into account the academic logic with the market logic to respond to the logical complexity of the teacher employment system.The integration of the market logic with the national logic requires elastic employment as the premise,and it can be achieved by increasing the legitimacy of market-oriented employment through reform empowerment,reducing the cost of market-oriented employment by using special funds,and utilizing the stability and boosting function of the career establishment.The characteristic of the compatibility of the academic logic with the market logic is flexible management,which can be realized through limited symbolic academic resources,clear teacher identity recognition,and compromised career mobility and academic incentives.
