The Effects of Different Fertilizers and Rice Turtle Co-Cultivation on Soil Properties and Cadmium Transformation
To investigate the effects of different fertilizers and rice turtle co-cultivation on soil properties and cad-mium(Cd)transformation,field experiments are conducted using amino acid water-soluble fertilizer(AAT),cal-cium magnesium phosphate fertilizer(GMP),cysteine foliar fertilizer(Cys),and rice turtle co-cultivation(CK)as the research objects, while traditional rice cultivation(CT)is used as the control. The results show that compared with CT,CK significantly increases soil cation exchange capacity, organic matter, alkali hydrolyzed nitrogen, and available potassium content by 50.57%,50.92%,127.36%,and 236.63%,respectively.Acid-extracted Cd,reduci-ble Cd,and oxidizable Cd in soil are significantly increased by 170.35%,52.91%,and 50.00%,respectively,while residual Cd in soil is reduced by 7.66%.Compared with CK,Cys treatment significantly increases soil cation ex-change by 10.12%and reduces soil acid extractable Cd,reducible Cd by 37.40%and 10.88%,respectively.GMP treatment significantly increases soil pH,alkaline nitrogen, and available potassium by 9.31%,27.77%,and 34.06%,respectively.AAT treatment significantly increases soil residual Cd by 120.63%.Compared with GMP,AAT increases alkaline nitrogen, cation exchange capacity, organic matter, and available potassiu by 0.12%,4.76%,16.26%,and 78.77%,respectively.Soil-reducible and oxidizable Cd decrease by 3.89%and 2.41%,re-spectively.Compared with Cys,AAT increased available phosphorus and potassium by 47.72%and 50.03%,and soil oxidizable Cd decreases by 2.46%.In summary,AAT,GMP,Cys,and CK all have the effect of changing soil physicochemical properties and the form of heavy metal cadmium(Cd).
