The Research on the Impact of Digital Policies on Urban Economic Resilience
Based on panel data from 30 provinces from 2013 to 2022,the PSM-DID model is used to systematically analyze the impact of digital policy formulation in different cities on urban economic resilience. At the same time, the roles of environmental regulations and industrial digital transformation in promoting urban economic resilience through digital policies are analyzed. The results show that the implementation of digital policies has a significant positive effect on urban economic resilience, which is stronger in coastal areas than in inland areas. The digital transformation of industries plays a mediating role in the impact of digital policies on urban economic resilience, and there is a certain non-linear effect. At a higher level of industrial digital transformation, the effect of digital policies on enhancing urban economic resilience is more significant.Environmental regulations play a dynamic regulatory role in promoting urban economic resilience through digital policies. In the early stages of environmental regulation implementation, digital policies are not conducive to improving urban economic resilience, while in the later stages of environmental regulation implementation, digital policies play a positive role in promoting urban economic resi-lience.
