The Effects of Different Environmental Conditions and Antioxidant Treatments on CmTERT Expression
The effects of different conditions and antioxidants on C.militaris telomerase reverse transcriptase(CmTERT)gene transcription levels of C.militaris strain YJ are analyzed by real-time quantitative PCR.The re-sults show that the optimum culture temperature(22 ℃ and 25 ℃)is conducive to mycelial growth of strain YJ,and blue light inhibits the transcription of Cmtert.High temperature(28 ℃,30 ℃ and 33 ℃)is not conducive to mycelial growth and Cmtert transcription of strain YJ,and blue light promotes Cmtert transcription. However,at 30 ℃,the Cmtert transcription level in mycelium of strain YJ increases sharply, which is speculated to be related to the induction of telomere high-temperature damage.Vitamin C(VC),vitamin E(VE),β-nicotinamide mononu-cleotide(NMN)and resveratrol have more obvious effects on Cmtert transcription in strain YJ,but have less obvious effects on Cmtert transcription in strain TN.Therefore, the levels of Cmtert transcription affected by antioxidants are also different in C.militaris strain of different mating types.
