IT-SOFC 复合阴极 NdBaCo2 O5+δ-NdMnO3 的电性能研究

该文利用溶胶-凝胶法和固相法制备了钙钛矿结构氧化物NdBaCo2O5+δ(NBCO)和NdMnO3(NMO)作为中温固体氧化物燃料电池(IT-SOFC)阴极材料,并且2种氧化物能保持良好的相容性。NBCO阴极导电呈现金属性质,而NMO呈现半导体性质。因此,NMO的添加不利于改善NBCO阴极材料的导电性能。电化学阻抗谱表明:复合阴极NBC-NM20在800℃下的极化电阻为0。026 Ω·cm2,在NBCO阴极中适量添加NMO氧化物能降低极化电阻,改善阴极/电解质界面电荷传输的动力学性能。
The Study on Electrical Properties of Composite Material NdBaCo2O5+δ-NdMnO3 as IT-SOFC Cathode
Perovskite oxides NdBaCo2O5+δ(NBCO)and NdMnO3(NMO)are prepared by sol-gel method and solid-state method as cathode materials of intimidate-temperature solid oxide fuel cells(IT-SOFC).The two oxides can keep good compatibility.The conductivity of NBCO cathode presents metallic conductive properties,while that of NMO exhibits semiconductor properties,therefore the addition of NMO is unfavorable to improve the conductivity of NBCO cathode materials.Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy shows that the polarization resistance of composite cathode NBC-NM20 at 800℃ is 0.026 Ωcm2,and the addition of proper amount NMO oxide to the NBCO cathode can reduce the polarization resistance,and can effectively improve the kinetic performance of charge transfer at cathode/electrolyte interface.
