The Analysis of Fungal Diversity in Microfilm Preservation and Damaged Microfilm
The current status of microfilm preservation in Fujian Provincial Library is investigated, and the fungal amplicon sequencing is used to analyze the structural characteristics of bacterial communities in damaged films. The results show that the main bacterial groups in the damaged film are Xeromyces,Candida,Acremoniu, and Cladosporium at the genus level. At the species level, they are the double spore dry fungus Xeromyces bisporus,Acremonium charicola,Candida intermedia,Kodamaea ohmeri and Cutaneotrichosporon jirovecii. This method can quickly determined the type of fungus that caused film mold, and propose targeted sterilization methods.
