缩微胶片保存及受损缩微胶片真菌多样性分析

该文对福建省图书馆缩微胶片保存现状开展了调查分析,并且利用真菌扩增子测序的方法分析在破损胶片中的菌群结构特征.分析结果表明:在破损胶片中的主要菌群在属水平上为耐干霉菌属Xeromyces、假丝酵母属Candida、支顶孢属Acremoniu和枝孢霉属Cladosporium;它们在种水平上为双孢干菌 Xeromyces bisporus、薄状枝顶孢菌 Acremonium charticola、间型假丝酵母 Candida intermedia、奥默柯达酵母菌Kodamaea ohmeri和杰氏皮状新丝孢酵母菌Cutaneotrichosporon jirovecii等.该方法可快速确定致使胶片霉变的真菌类型,并提出针对性的除菌措施.
The Analysis of Fungal Diversity in Microfilm Preservation and Damaged Microfilm
The current status of microfilm preservation in Fujian Provincial Library is investigated,and the fungal amplicon sequencing is used to analyze the structural characteristics of bacterial communities in damaged films.The results show that the main bacterial groups in the damaged film are Xeromyces,Candida,Acremoniu,and Cladosporium at the genus level.At the species level,they are the double spore dry fungus Xeromyces bisporus,Acremonium charicola,Candida intermedia,Kodamaea ohmeri and Cutaneotrichosporon jirovecii.This method can quickly determined the type of fungus that caused film mold,and propose targeted sterilization methods.
