Analysis on the Influence of Different Diameter Circular Pits on Tooth Surface for the Face-gear Transmission Error
Three dimensional solid model of the face-gear with different diameter circular pit morphologies and the simulation model of the face-gear drive system of the pit morphology are established.Simulation by ADAMS software analysis the change regularity of meshing output speed of the ifferent diameter circular pit morphology face-gear drive under certain conditions,and the transmission error values with different diameters of circular pit morphologies face gear are obtained.YD9550 rolling inspection machine is used to build the detection platform of transmission error,different diameter circular pit morphologies face-gear transmission error experimented.The experimental results are in agreement with the simulation results,verify the correctness of the simulation.The results show that when face gear transmission with the concave surface of tooth surface will increase the transmission error.,and the circular pit tooth surface pit diameter in 300μm when face-gear transmission error is the smallest and transmission is the most stability,It provides a basis for the design of the micro morphology of the face-gear tooth surface and oil-lack lubrication model of face-gear with pit morphology.
