谐波减速器参数化建模装配一体式设计

谐波减速器体积小、传动比大、传动精度及效率高,在医疗器械、航空航天、机器人等领域应用广泛.基于Visual Basic对SolidWorks软件进行二次开发,搭建了谐波减速器参数化建模装配一体式平台,以实现高效准确的三维数字化建模.参数化设计过程中,对柔轮的公切线式双圆弧齿形进行了细致建模;对十字交叉滚子轴承等部件采用了子装配体参数化设计方法,使建模更加快捷;运用逐步装配方法进行虚拟装配,以便观察内部结构并检查尺寸及干涉情况,更加适用于工程实际.
Integrated Design of Parametric Modeling and Assembly of Harmonic Reducer
The harmonic reducer has small volume,large transmission ratio,small return difference,high transmission efficiency and low noise,and is widely used in medical equipment,aerospace,robotics and other fields.Based on Visual Basic,this paper develops a SolidWorks-integrated platform for parametric modeling and assembly of harmonic reducers to realize efficient and accurate 3D modeling.In the process of parametric design,the common tangent double circular arc tooth shape of the flexwheel is modeled in detail.The sub-assembly parametric design method is used for the components such as the cross roller bearing,which makes the modeling faster.It is more suitable for engineering practice to use step by step assembly method for virtual assembly in order to observe the internal structure and check the size and interference.
