摘要
阐述了高速多轴链传动系统技术研究的现状,探讨了相关国外厂家的产品技术特点及其研发思路,提出了合适的追赶目标和方向.试验研究结果表明:通过对发动机正时链系统合理的优化设计,可明显减小系统的空间尺寸,提高其综合机械传动性能,达到或接近国外同类产品的质量水平,进一步满足新能源汽车发动机节能降耗的使用要求.
Abstract
This paper reviewsliterature on high speed multi-axis chain transmission system technology.The technical characteristics of the products of relevant foreign manufactures are explored,along with their research and development ideas,and appropriate pursuit targets and directions are put forward.The results of the experimental research show that through the reasonable optimization design of the engine timing chain system,the size of the system can be significantly reduced and the comprehensive mechanical transmission performance can be improved.Besides,the quality level of domestic products can be reached or close to that of similar foreign products,as well as further meeting the requirements of energy-saving and cost-reducing of new energy vehicles engines.
