Research on Magnetic Shape Memory Alloy On-off Valve for Pneumatic Grip
Based on the characteristic that the magnetic shape memory alloy produces deformation under the action of magnetic fields,a type of on-off valve is designed combined with the flat valve structure.The structure is optimized by finite element analysis method,and the feasibility of the structure is verified.The experimental platform is set up to carry out experimental research on the on-off valve.The displacement of the spool,the response speed of the on-off valve and the dynamic response characteristics of the on-off valve are tested using the laser displacement sensor.The experimental results show that the stroke of the on-off valve core reaches 0.937 mm.When the input current is 8 A,the valve opening time is 14 ms,the valve closing time is 11.5 ms,the spool is very stable in the operation process,and there is no mechanical tremor.The on-off valve has good performance,which provides a reference for the design and application of magnetically controlled shape memory alloy driver.
