切断蝶阀的腐蚀机理及结构优化

为了改善漯河某冶金设备有限公司切断蝶阀密封幅和阀板正面的耐腐蚀性能,课题组研究了切断蝶阀的腐蚀机理和阀板正面结构,提出一种堆焊工艺提高切断蝶阀密封副的使用寿命,借助ANSYS软件对三种不同阀芯结构的切断蝶阀进行了模拟,获得了切断蝶阀阀板压力分布情况,并运用ANSYS软件对切断蝶阀阀板正面结构进行优化.研究结果表明使用新的堆焊工艺后切断蝶阀密封副的耐腐蚀能力得到提升,切断蝶阀阀板正面结构优化后改善了切断蝶阀阀板正面压力分布,提高了切断蝶阀阀板正面的耐腐蚀能力.
Study on Corrosion Mechanism and Structure Optimization of Butterfly Valve
In order to improve the corrosion resistance of the sealing amplitude and the front face of a cut-off butterfly valve,this paper studies the corrosion mechanism of the cut-off butterfly valve and the front face structure of the valve plate.A new surfacing process is put forward to increase the service life of the sealing pair of the cut-off butterfly valve,and three types of cut-off butterfly valves with different spool structures are simulated by ANSYS software.The pressure distribution of the cut-off butterfly valve plate is obtained,and ANSYS software is used to optimize the cut-off butterfly valve plate front structure.The results show that the anti-corrosion ability of the sealing pair of the butterfly valve is improved using the new surfacing technology,and the pressure distribution of the cut-off butterfly valve plate is improved by optimizing the front structure of the cut-off butterfly valve plate.The corrosion resistance of the cut-off valve front is also improved.
