According to the working requirements of the control oil source valve,the dynamic output characteristics of the valve are studied.A mathematical model for the output flow and pressure of the valve is established,and a simulation is conducted based on AMESim.On the basis of model validity verification,the working state and characteristics are described in detail;the key parameters affecting performance are extracted;and sensitivity analysis is conducted to clarify the impact trend of pressure.The results show that in the pressure reducing stage,outlet pressure is positively correlated with the half cone angle.And while in the relive stage,the outlet pressure is negatively correlated with the openings and the diameter of the orifice on the valve.
