Research on Fracture Failure Detection of High Pressure Water Pump Spindle Based on Modified GTN Model
Shaft fracture failure can cause high-pressure water inside the high-pressure water pump to spray out,which may cause accidents and even affect personal safety.The main shaft of the high-pressure water pump is located inside the water pump,and there is considerable uncertainty in the selection and measurement of detection parameters.In the vibration signal of the shaft body,which is the most critical feature,strong noise can interfere with the judgment of the threshold signal,affecting the accuracy of failure detection results.This work proposes a high-pressure water pump spindle fracture failure detection method based on a modified GTN model.The speed sensor is used to measure the vibration signal of the main shaft of the high-pressure water pump,the wavelet packet analysis is used to denoise the vibration signal,and the modified GTN model is combined to build a fracture failure detection model of the main shaft based on the fault tree analysis to detect the fracture failure.The experimental test results show that the proposed method has a low false detection rate and a high recall rate,which can effectively improve detection efficiency.
