Based on TRIZ Analysis of Fracture Mechanism and Optimization Design for Mill Liner of Semi-autogenous Ball
Taking semi-self-grinding ball mill lining plate fracture as the focus,TRIZ is used to study the lining plate fracture of a semi-self-grinding ball mill from the perspective of systematic thinking.The behavior characteristics of the lining plate fracture are explored and obtained.Based on the analyzing and solving tools of TRIZ,the basic framework of innovation optimization and the model of innovation core contribution ability are established.Combined with the 9 schemes obtained,the innovation core contribution value of the impact factor is calculated,the fracture mechanism of the liner is analyzed from the perspective of the innovative solution,and the innovative design of the liner is carried out from the dimension of the scheme generated by the TRIZ problem solving tool.
