结合工程实际,论述和分析了烧蚀可控性燃气舵的材料、舵面形状、面烧蚀率、舵面在弹体上的周向布局的设计过程和舵面的热强度.通过烧蚀舵性能测力试验,获得燃气射流作用在燃气舵面上的力与力矩,根据上述数值得到了舵面舵效与烧蚀特性.烧蚀可控性燃气舵面的技术研究,为其它战术导弹的设计积累了丰富的经验.
Research on Design and Test Technology of Ablative Controllable Gas Rudder
Combined with the engineering practice,the material selection,surface shape,surface ablation rate,thermal strength and the design process of the directional layout of the ablative controllable gas rudders are discussed and analyzed.The force and moment of the gas jet acting on the gas rudder surface are obtained through the force measurement test of the obtained rudder performance.The rudder effect and ablation characteristics of the rudder surface are obtained through the above values.The research on ablation controllable gas rudders has accumulated rich experience for the design of other tactical missiles.
