Design and Experiment of Digital Hydraulic Slewing System of Rotary Drilling Rig
In order to reduce the impact pressure at the start and stop of rotary drilling rigs,improve the stability of the rotary motion process and the accuracy of rotary positioning,the digital hydraulic technology is applied to the rotary system of rotary drilling rigs.Based on digital hydraulic technology,a digital hydraulic slewing system and digital hydraulic motor of rotary drilling rigs are designed.The working principle of the digital hydraulic slewing system is introduced.The mathematical model of the digital hydraulic slewing system is established.A digital hydraulic slewing system is installed on a rotary drilling rig and compared with the original hydraulic slewing system.The experiment results show that compared with the original hydraulic slewing system,the digital hydraulic slewing system not only significantly improves the stability of slewing speed and slewing positioning accuracy,reduces the time required for the slewing action,but also reduces the impact pressure at slewing start by 20.6%,the impact pressure at slewing brake by 32%,and the pressure driving the hydraulic motor during slewing motion by 42.8%,which improves the slewing performance and working efficiency of the rotary drilling rig,and reduces the energy consumption of the machine.At the same time,the advantages of the digital hydraulic slewing system in rotary drilling rigs provide practical reference value for the promotion of the application of digital hydraulic technology in construction machinery.
