针对蒙皮日常使用中出现的裂纹损伤问题,以LV12CZ铝板和2117AD铜铝合金半圆头铆钉为材料,使用有限元仿真铆接修复以及拉伸过程,并进行试验验证,探究了不同铆钉排布、裂纹形态与飞机蒙皮损伤修复强度之间的关系.结果表明,铆钉排布对修复强度影响较大,铆距越小,修复强度越高,而排距对修复强度的影响较小;椭圆形排布的修复强度最好,之字形排布次之,圆形最差.裂纹形态对铆接修复强度影响显著,裂纹越短,止裂孔与铆钉孔距离越远,应力集中情况改善,修复强度越高,裂纹沿其他方向扩展;裂纹越长,修复强度越差.当铆距较小时,裂纹的宽度对修复强度影响较小;当铆距较大时,裂纹越宽修复强度越高,裂纹沿预制裂纹初始方向扩展.
Research on the Influence of Rivet Arrangement on the Strength of Skin Repair
In response to the problem of crack damage in the daily use of the skin,LV12CZ aluminum plate and 2117AD copper aluminum alloy half round head rivets are used as materials to simulate the riveting repair and tensile process using finite element analysis.Experimental verification is conducted to explore the relation between different rivet arrangements,crack morphology and the strength of aircraft skin damage repair.The results show that the arrangement of rivets has a significant impact on the repair strength.The smaller the rivet distance,the higher the repair strength,while the influence of row distance on the repair strength is relatively small.The elliptical layout has the best repair strength,followed by the zigzag layout,and the circular layout is the worst.The crack morphology has a significant impact on the strength of riveting repair.The shorter the crack,the farther the distance between the crack stop hole and the rivet hole,the better the stress concentration,the higher the repair strength,and the crack expands in other directions;the longer the crack,the worse the repair strength.The width of the crack has a smaller impact on the repair strength when the rivet distance is small.When the rivet distance is large,the wider the crack,the higher the repair strength,and the crack propagates along the initial direction of the prefabricated crack.
