车身柔性可重构工装设计及尺寸稳定性研究

随着新能源汽车制造的迅速发展,将新能源车型引入到传统燃油车型的生产线上,进行多车型柔性化精益共线生产,是汽车制造的发展趋势.柔性可重构工装是一种新型的柔性工装,通过工装上叠加重构,可以实现焊装线的制造车型切换,具有柔性高、占地紧凑等优势,成为该领域的关注热点.然而工装的柔性提高会带来尺寸稳定性的降低,成为柔性线发展的瓶颈问题.研究了车身柔性可重构生产线的设计方法,首先通过对比新能源和传统车身结构特点差异,提出了柔性可重构工装的设计方案,并对及其尺寸稳定性进行了分析和验证.实验结果以及在线检测结果证明,所设计的柔性可重构车身生产线不仅能够解决新能源汽车和传统车型共性生产的问题,还具有较好的尺寸稳定性,对于解决新能源车与传统车型实现柔性共线生产具有重要意义.
With the rapid development of new energy vehicle manufacturing,introducing new energy vehicle models into the production line of traditional fuel vehicles and conducting flexible lean production of multiple vehicle models are the development trend of automotive manufacturing.Flexible reconfigurable tooling is a new type of flexible tooling.By overlaying and reconstructing on the tooling,it can achieve the switching of manufacturing vehicle models on the production line.It has advantages such as high flexibility and compact footprint,and has become a hot topic in this field.However,the increase in the flexibility of the fixtures will lead to a decrease in dimensional stability,becoming a bottleneck problem in the development of flexible lines.This article studies the design method of a flexible reconfigurable production line for the car bodies.Firstly,by comparing the differences in the structural characteristics between new energy and traditional car bodies,a design scheme for flexible reconfigurable tooling is proposed,and its dimensional stability is analyzed and verified.The experimental results and online inspection results prove that the flexible reconfigurable body production line designed in this article can not only solve the common production problems of new energy vehicles and traditional vehicle models,but also have good dimensional stability.It is of great significance for solving the problem of flexible hybrid production of new energy vehicles and traditional vehicle models.
