以重锤平衡吊为例研究了重心运动轨迹对其功耗的影响,通过静力学及虚位移原理分析了平衡吊的工作原理,应用有限分割法确定了杆系的重心位置,运用复数矢量法对其进行了运动学分析,并提出了一种基于粒子群算法的重心轨迹优化方法,对比优化前后功耗,证明了该方法确有成效.
Research on Optimization of Center of Gravity Trajectory of Balanced Crane Based on Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm
This paper studies the influence of center of gravity motion trajectory on the power consumption of the balanced crane,analyzes the working principle of the balanced crane through statics and virtual displacement principles,determines the center of gravity position of the rod system using the finite segmentation method,conducts kinematic analysis using the complex vector method,and proposes a particle swarm optimization method for the center of gravity trajectory.By comparing the power consumption before and after optimization,it is proven that this method is effective.
