基于多感官需求的智能床创新设计方法研究

为提升床类产品智能化创新设计过程的合理性,体现用户行为与多感官需求研究在智能床设计中的作用,提出一种基于多感官需求的B/A-Kano/FAST设计流程(用户行为旅程图Behavior Journey Map、A-Kano模型和功能分析系统技术FAST法).对智能床的用户行为进行调研分析,采用用户行为旅程图找出用户对智能床的多感官需求;通过帕累托原理筛选需求,使用A-Kano模型获取需求类别,以建立功能需求类型列表;引入FAST法将需求逐步转化为产品功能,对总功能求解,指导产品方案设计;实例验证以智能床为研究对象,结合该设计流程对智能床进行分析与设计实践,通过李克特量表进行用户满意度评估,验证设计效果.B/A-Kano/FAST设计流程能将用户的多感官需求转化为产品功能模块,有助于获得符合用户真实需求的产品智能化设计方案.
Research on theInnovation Design Method of Smart Beds Based on Multi-sensory Demands
A behavior journey map/A-Kano model and FAST(B/A-Kano/FAST)design method based on multi-sensory demand is presented to improve the logic of the intelligent innovation design process of bed products and to reflect the role of user behavior and multi-sensory demand research in the design of smart beds.The user behavior of smart beds is investigated and analyzed,and the behavior map is used to determine the multi-sensory demands of smart bed users.The demands are filtered using the Pareto principle,and then the A-Kano model is used to generate a list of functional requirement types.The FAST method is introduced for converting requirements into product functions step by step and solving for total functions to guide the product program design.Example validation taking the smart bed as the research object,the analysis and design practice of the smart bed is carried out by integrating this design process,and user satisfaction is assessed using the Likert scale to validate the design method.The B/A-Kano/FAST design method can convert the users multisensory requirements into product functional modules,assisting in the creation of a product intelligent design solution that fulfills the user's actual demands.
