Analysis of Dynamic Response Characteristics of 32013 Axle Bearing Inner Ring Under the Influence of Clearance
According to the dynamic characteristics of bearing 32013 during operation,MATLAB software is used to carry out simulation tests on the response performance of the bearing inner ring under different working conditions.The results show that when the axial negative clearance continues to increase,more and more rollers begin to bear the load,and eventually all rollers begin to be subjected to the load.As the load condition continues to increase,RMS of time domain waveform increases continuously.With the increase of the load,the roller is subject to higher contact force,and vibration increases in the load area.In the process of improving the negative direction of the bearing clearance,the RMS of the time domain waveform first decreases and then increases.The maximum RMS of the acceleration signal is obtained when the bearing clearance is-5 μm.The minimum RMS of the acceleration signal is obtained when the clearance is-2.5 μm.The vibration state and clearance of the bearing follow apparent trends.
