摘要

烟气能量回收机组是催化裂化装置中的核心设备,也是石化炼厂中节能效果最为显著的大型机组.烟气轮机是将催化装置反应器产生的烟气中的热能转换成机械功的转动设备,其利用高温烟气在机体内膨胀降压时向外输出机械功,带动轴流机或发电机等相关设备以达到回收能量的目的.烟气轮机的长周期运行是催化裂化装置长周期运行的保障.但运转的实践表明,烟气轮机连续运转率很难达到100%,各石化炼厂烟气轮机故障频出,论文对一次烟气轮机叶片非典型叶片断裂的原因进行了专业分析,同时对于叶片断裂后期的技术改造进行了优化总结.

Abstract

The flue gas energy recovery unit is a crucial component in the catalytic cracking unit and the most significant large-scale unit for energy saving in petrochemical refineries.The flue gas turbine is a rotating device that converts heat energy from the reactor's flue gas into mechanical work.Utilizing high-temperature flue gas to expand and depressurize within its body,mechanical work is generated to drive axial flow machines or generators to achieve energy recovery objectives.Long-term operation of the flue gas turbine ensures continuous operation of the catalytic cracking unit.However,operational experience reveals challenges in maintaining a 100%continuous operation rate for the flue gas turbine.Frequent failures have been observed in various petrochemical refineries.The paper provides an expert analysis on factors leading to atypical blade fracture in primary flue gas turbine blades,whileoptimizing and summarizing technical improvement during late-stage blade fractures.
