针对旋振筛筛分效率高但不能连续筛分、直线振动筛可以连续筛分但筛分效率低的问题,设计出一款筛分效率高同时实现连续筛分的新型螺旋筛面旋振筛.首先利用SolidWorks建立螺旋筛面旋振筛的三维模型,将其导入到DEM(Discrete Element Method)软件中,利用DEM对颗粒的筛分过程进行仿真,进而研究新型螺旋筛面旋振筛的结构参数(螺旋升角、螺旋圈数、内外径比值)和振动参数(振频、振幅)对筛分效率的影响.结果表明:改变螺旋升角、螺旋圈数、振频和振幅,筛分效率均发生较大变化,而内外径比值对筛分效率的影响较小;当螺旋升角为10°、螺旋圈数为2圈、振频为16 Hz、振幅为1.5 mm时筛分效率最高;综合筛分效率接近100%,证明了新型螺旋筛面旋振筛能实现连续筛分且具有较高的筛分效率.
Aiming at the problems that rotary vibrating screens cannot be continuously screened and that linear vibrating screens have low screening efficiency,a new type of spiral screen surface rotary vibrating screen is designed to realize high screening efficiency and continuous screening at the same time.First of all,SolidWorks is used to establish the three-dimensional model of the spiral screen surface rotary vibrating screen,which is imported into the DEM(discrete element method)software to simulate the screening process of particles.Then,the influence of structural parameters(spiral rise angle,number of spiral circles,inner and outer diameter ratio)and vibration parameters(vibration frequency and amplitude)on the screening efficiency of the spiral screen surface rotary vibrating screen is studied.The results show that the spiral angle of rise,the number of spiral circles,the vibration frequency and the vibration amplitude have a significant influence on the screening efficiency,while the inner and outer diameter ratio has less influence on the screening efficiency.When the spiral angle of rise is 10°,the number of spiral circles is 2 circles,the vibration frequency is 16 Hz and the vibration amplitude is 1.5 mm,the screening efficiency is the highest.The comprehensive screening efficiency is close to 100%,proving that the new type of spiral screen surface rotary vibrating screen can realize continuous screening and has a high screening efficiency.
