Analysis of Frequency Response Characteristics of Abnormal Vibration of the Cutterhead of Underground Mining and Excavation Machines
The geological structure of underground mining rock layers is very complex, with irregular rock structures, pore distribution and fault zones. This irregularity leads to strong coupling interference between abnormal features, making it difficult to determine the frequency response of abnormal vibration characteristics when the excavation machinery cutterhead excavates in rock layers. To solve this problem, the frequency response characteristics of abnormal vibration of the cutterhead of underground mining and excavation machines are studied.By combining the law of energy transfer and conversion with the principle of cutterhead kinematics, the frequency response characteristics of abnormal vibration of the cutterhead of a tunneling machine are analyzed in depth.By calculating and measuring the energy of the cutterhead,a corresponding equation between vibration and energy is established.Combining the relation between capacity and frequency, the frequency characteristics corresponding to abnormal vibration of the cutterhead are analyzed, and the frequency response analysis of abnormal vibration characteristics is carried out.The experimental results show that by setting the degree of the front foot of the cutterhead, the rotation speed of the cutterhead and the feed speed of the cutterhead, the response curves of energy frequency, energy vibration and frequency vibration can be obtained. And the main factors causing abnormal vibration of the cutterhead can be identified. This method provides important theoretical basis and practical guidance for the optimization design and operation efficiency improvement of underground mining tunneling machines.
