坐姿扭腰双向抗阻训练器设计研究

为预防及康复腰部伤痛,研究一款坐姿扭腰双向抗阻训练器,提供一种创新和安全的训练手段.首先,依据流体力学理论设计出通过调节流口大小控制阻尼的摆动液压缸,然后,参照中国成年人人体尺寸设计了扭腰双向抗阻训练器,最后,利用表面肌电图技术对坐姿扭腰双向抗阻训练器和传统重力式扭腰训练器进行实验测试,对比二者阻力特征以验证设计样品功能效果.结果表明:新型坐姿扭腰双向抗阻训练器能够提供双向阻力,而传统重力式扭腰训练器仅能提供单向阻力;在反映阻尼柔和性的sEMG波形峰值时刻(42.25±7.13%)上明显慢于后者(39.89±6.50%),p<0.05,验证了使用坐姿扭腰双向抗阻训练器,既能同时锻炼主动肌和拮抗肌,又能提高训练效率和安全性.
Design and Research on the Seated Trainer of Bidirectional Resistance for Torsion of Waist
This work aims to study a seated trainer of bidirectional resistance for twist,in order to improve the strength of lumbar muscles and provide an innovative and safe training methods for prevention and rehabilitation of lumbar injuries.According to the theory of fluid mechanics,a swinging hydraulic cylinder is designed to control the damping by adjusting the size of the spout.The seated trainer of bidirectional resistance is designed according to the body size of Chinese adults.The seated trainer of bidirectional resistance and the traditional gravity twist trainer are tested by surface electromyography(sEMG)technology,and the resistance characteristics of the two are compared to verify the functionality of the designed samples.The former trainer could provide bidirectional resistance,but the traditional gravity twist trainer could only provide unidirectional resistance.The peak time of sEMG waveform reflecting damping softness(42.25±7.13%)is obviously slower than the latter(39.89±6.50%),p<0.05.Withthe seated trainer of bidirectional resistance,the agonist and antagonist muscles can be exercised at the same time,giving consideration to the balance and efficiency of training,and the softer movement resistance can improve exercise safety.
