摘要

烟草产品生产加工过程繁琐,烟丝输送铜排链长时间运行会导致烟丝宽度不一致且质量降低.为解决现有激光清洗机在清洗铜排链工作中存在操作效率较低,人机关系不协调等问题,提出一种K-shell/FBS/TOPSIS相结合的综合设计方法.首先,运用K-shell理论对前期研究获取的用户需求指标构建网络关系矩阵,通过邻居节点以及次邻居节点个数的计算得到各需求指标的综合度,据此明确指标优先级和设计方向.其次,通过FBS模型中功能-行为-结构映射为产品结构模块,输出设计方案.最后,运用TOPSIS法对设计方案进行综合评价,筛选出最优方案,并对其进行可行性验证.结果表明,在综合方法指导下能产出激光清洗机的最优设计方案,最优方案操作合理、安全可靠,满足用户需求.该集成方法提高了设计要素提取的准确度,使得所得方案有效解决了激光清洗机效率以及人机问题,对同类产品开发与设计优化研究具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract

The production and processing of tobacco products is tedious,and the long time running of the copper row chain for tobacco flake conveying will lead to inconsistent width and lower quality of tobacco flakes.In order to solve the problems of low operating efficiency and uncoordinated human-machine relation in the existing laser cleaning machine,a comprehensive design method combining K-shell/FBS/TOPSIS is proposed.Firstly,the K-shell theory is used to construct a network relation matrix for the user demand indicators obtained from the previous research,and the comprehensive degree of each demand indicator is obtained through the calculation of the number of neighboring nodes and sub-neighboring nodes,according to which the indicator priority and design direction are clarified.Secondly,the design scheme is output through the function-behavior-structure mapping in the FBS model to the product structure module.Finally,the TOPSIS method is applied to comprehensively evaluate the design scheme,screen the optimal scheme,and verify its feasibility.The results show that the optimal design scheme of the laser cleaning machine can be output under the guidance of the integrated method,and the optimal scheme is reasonable in operation,safe and reliable,and meets the user requirements.The integrated method improves the accuracy of design element extraction and effectively solves the efficiency of the laser cleaning machine as well as the man-machine problem,and has certain reference value for the development and design optimization research of similar products.
