Modeling and Analysis of Blockchain-based Crowdsourcing Design Workflows in Social Manufacturing
Social manufacturing is a broad service-based manufacturing model with distributed and decentralized characteristics,and the anti-tampering and traceability features of blockchain technology fit the needs of product crowdsourcing design in this model.Its work process is characterized by the participation of multiple subjects and the changing status of the task,making it difficult to clearly understand the progress of the task.By analyzing the business process of product crowdsourcing design and adopting the object-oriented Petri net modeling approach,a blockchain-based crowdsourcing design workflow model based on object-oriented Petri nets is proposedto integrate the subnet models of crowdsourcing design into an object-oriented system model.It simplifies the description of the crowdsourcing design task flow and its state change process at each stage in social manufacturing,and facilitates the supervision of the task flow of crowdsourcing platforms.The blockchain technology can truthfully record the information interactions between the objects.These data are clear,credible and traceable,ensuring fairness among those involved in the design process.The simulation verification results and the example analysis verify that the model has good reliability and validity.
