江西省火电行业用水节水现状及对策分析

基于江西省火电行业取用水及运行数据,分析了全省火电行业发展概况及其用水效率.结果显示:2012-2019年江西省火电行业年取水量整体变化相对平稳;得益于循环冷却机组效率和规模的提升,全省火电行业用水效率不断提高.同时,江西省火电行业在节水技术、节水管理及节水改造等方面仍存在不少亟待解决的问题.从强化水资源论证、制定节水标准、加大节水激励机制等方面提出了相应对策,为进一步挖掘火电行业节水潜力、提高工业用水效率提供参考.
Current situation and countermeasures for water conservation in thermal power industry of Jiangxi province
This paper analyzes the development situation and water efficiency of the thermal power industry,based on the water intake and operation data of the thermal power industry in Jiangxi province.The results show that the overall change of annual water intake of thermal power industry in Jiangxi province from 2012 to 2019 is relatively stable,and the water efficiency has been continuously improved,because of the improvement of the efficiency and scale of the circulating cooling unit.At the same time,the local thermal power industry still has many problems to be solved in terms of water-saving technology,management and transformation.The corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of strengthening water resources demonstration,formulating water-saving standards,and increasing water-saving incentive mechanism,which provides a reference for further tapping the water-saving potential of the thermal power industry and improving industrial water efficiency in Jiangxi province.
