Calibration analysis of TES-71 sand monitoring system at Gaozhou hydrological station
The suspended sand content in rivers is an important hydrological parameter and its real-time monitoring is a weak link in hydrological monitoring. In order to improve the intelligent and automatic level of hydrological forcasting,Maoming hydrological branch introduced the sand content monitor named TES-71.After analyzing the collected data,it shows that the measured sand content of 0.167kg/m3 is the dividing point of the relationship curve.By segmenting and calibrating the data, the displayed value of TES-71 monitor has a good correlation with the measured sand content under high sand content. The random uncertainty is 17.4%,and the system error is-1.2%,meeting the alignment accuracy of the single line method for the hydrological stations with class Ⅱ precision. Therefore, the TES-71 monitor is suitable for monitoring high sand content at Gaozhou hydrological station. The relationship between low sand content and annual sand content discharge is relatively poor. The random uncertainty is 81.0%,and the system error is 18.7%,which does not meet the alignment accuracy of the single line method for hydrological stations with class Ⅱ precision. The average proportion of sediment discharge during the period of low sand content to annual sediment discharge is 22.3%;The sediment discharge is inversely estimated through the relationship line during the period of low sand content, and the average relative error of the data is within±5%,whose overall error is small.Although it does not meet the specified requirements,it shows a relatively clear relationship,so it is valuable for continuous comparison and measurement.
