Exploration and practice of management system reform for small reservoirs in Poyang county
There are many small reservoirs in Poyang county,which are important water conservancy infrastructures for flood control and irrigation.It is urgent for the small reservoirs in Poyang county to reform their management system by establishing a suitable system to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the projects and the full play of the benefits.This paper analyzes the typical problems existing in the management operation of small reservoirs in Poyang county.It also puts forward the management mode and safeguards of the system reform for the local small reservoirs,and discusses the practical results achieved in their system reform,in order to provide a certain reference for the relevant staff to operate and manage small reservoirs.
