南水北调某大型贯流泵站电动机异响原因分析及解决措施

为了解决南水北调某大型贯流泵站电动机运行异响问题,本文对卧式同步电动机构成和工作原理进行了分析,对主电动机进行了抽芯检查并深入分析了主电动机异响问题产生的原因.在此基础上,提出了更换电动机两端轴承、削磨挡风圈、打磨锉平硅钢片磨损部位、截断过长绑扎线和清理冷却器管路等措施,检修维护完成后的电气试验和试运行表明电动机异响消失,所采取的措施取得了理想效果.本文研究结果可为同类型泵站主电动机同类型问题的解决提供一定的参考,从而不断改进与完善主电动机设计、制造与日常运行维护质量,提升泵站主电动机日常养护能力,有助于保障泵站的长期安全可靠运行.
Reason analysis and solution measures for abnormal noise of electric motors in a large tubular pump station of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project
In order to solve the problem of abnormal noise in the operation of a large tubular pump station in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,this article analyzes and introduces the composition and working principle of a horizontal synchronous motor,conducts core pulling inspection on the main motor,and deeply analyzes the reasons for the abnormal noise problem of the main motor.Based on the inspection and cause analysis of the motor,measures such as replacing the bearings at both ends of the motor,grinding the wind deflector,polishing the worn parts of the silicon steel sheet,cutting off the excessively long binding line,and cleaning the cooler pipeline were proposed.After maintenance and repair,electrical tests and trial operation showed that the abnormal noise of the motor disappeared,and the measures taken achieved ideal results.The research results of this article can provide certain reference value for solving the same type of problems with the main motor of the same pump station,thereby continuously improving the design,manufacturing,and daily operation and maintenance quality of the main motor and enhancing the daily maintenance ability of the main motor of the pump station,which is helpful to ensure the long-term safe and reliable operation of the pump station.
