基于粘钢加固技术的钢闸门补强方案研究

随着近年来水闸工程安全鉴定的逐步普及,水工钢闸门等直接影响枢纽经济效益和社会效益的金属结构病险问题备受重视.本文以江西省高桥水电站进水口工作闸门为例,基于闸门运行情况和各类补强加固方法性价比的充分调查,研究了粘钢加固技术补强处理的可行性,并分别采用理论方法和数值仿真验证了方案的可靠性.计算结果显示:加固后的闸门强度和刚度均满足规范的要求,运行至今未出现任何异常情况.研究成果为同类刚度不足水工钢闸门补强加固方案比选提供了可靠的借鉴价值.
Reinforcement scheme of steel gate based on adhesive steel reinforcement technology
With the gradual popularization of safety appraisal of sluice projects in recent years,the problem of metal structure diseases and dangers,such as hydraulic steel gates,which directly affects the economic and social benefits of the hub,has attracted much attention.In this paper,taking the intake gate of Gaoqiao hydropower station in Jiangxi province as an example,based on the operation of the gate and the full investigation of the cost performance of various reinforcement methods,the feasibility of the reinforcement treatment of the bonded steel reinforcement technology is studied,and the reliability of the scheme is verified by theoretical method and numerical simulation.The calculation results show that the strength and stiffness of the reinforced gate meet the requirements of the code,and there are no abnormal conditions in operation so far.The research results provide a reliable reference value for the comparison and selection of reinforcement schemes for similar hydraulic steel gates with insufficient stiffness.
