珠三角水资源配置工程智慧运维设计

"数字化"时代,水利工程在建设期智慧应用已得到广泛推广,工程智慧应用目前仍甚少涉及生命周期最长、成本最高的运营期.本文以珠三角工程为例,探索大型水利工程在运营期的智慧应用,以BIM+GIS、云计算、物联网技术、运维业务大数据为基础,围绕智慧应用建设、数字孪生平台建设、工程大数据中心建设、基础环境设施建设、构建集成管控体系、增强网络安全体系等方面,规划珠三角工程运营期智慧应用建设方案,以提供智慧水利工程在运营期智慧应用解决方案,为建设无人值守、关门运行、快速供水、经济供水、省电供水、优质供水的智慧水利工程提供实践参考.
Intelligent operation and maintenance design of Pearl River Delta water resources allocation project
Since the 14th Five-Year Plan,China has officially entered the digital era.The intelligent application of water conservancy projects in the construction period has been widely promoted.At present,the application of engineering wisdom is still rarely involved in the operation stage with the longest life cycle and the highest cost.This paper takes the Pearl River Delta project as an example to explore the intelligent application of large-scale water conservancy projects in the operation period.Based on BIM+GIS,cloud computing,Internet of Things technology,and big data of operation and maintenance business,this paper focuses on intelligent application construction,digital twin platform construction,engineering big data center construction,basic environmental facilities construction,construction of integrated management and control system,and enhancement of network security system to plan the intelligent application construction programme of the Pearl River Delta project during the operation period.The results provide intelligent application solutions for intelligent water conservancy projects during the operation period,and provide practical reference for the construction of intelligent water conservancy projects with unattended,closed operation,rapid water supply,economic water supply,power-saving water supply,and high-quality water supply.
