Plant measures are the most central actions in the system of soil and water conservation.The development and utilization of medicinal plants under forests is an emerging industry developed based on integrated agroforestry operation.Guided by the"Two-Mountain"theory,which emphasizes the integral value of ecological and economic benefits,this industry focuses on the construction,development,and protection of plant resources for soil and water conservation.By integrating the management of soil and water loss with the development of medicinal plants for soil and water conservation,the"Forest-Medicine"model for soil and water conservation is explored.This model not only innovates the prevention and treatment modes of soil and water loss but also effectively practices the"Two-Mountain"theory.This study realizes the value transformation of high-quality ecological products for soil and water conservation to lead the high-quality development of soil and water conservation.
