Construction of the grid management system of small reservoirs with"the big ones helping the small ones"——a case study in Yuanzhou district of Jiangxi province
In order to further reform of the management system of small reservoirs,Jiangxi province has promoted the management and protection modes with regional centralization,government purchase of services,and"the big ones helping the small ones"since 2017.The mode of"the big ones helping the samll ones"promoted in Yuanzhou district has achieved obvious results in its management and protection.The grid management system of small reservoirs in Yuanzhou district of Jiangxi province was sorted out,and the management mode,grid management system,fund source guarantee and effective management measures were analyzed.This paper is expected to provide a reference for the standardized management of small reservoirs.
