受气候变化与经济社会快速发展影响,生活生产用水与生态环境需水的矛盾日益突出,河湖生态流量保障具有重要意义.受限于长系列水文资料的缺乏,中小河流的生态流量保障研究相对较少,而生态环境健康对生态流量保障要求日益增大,开展缺乏长系列资料的河湖生态水位(流量)研究具有重要现实意义.本文以莲阳河为研究对象,明确了生态水位(流量)控制断面,梳理合适的计算方法,科学确定生态水位(流量)保障目标,可为莲阳河流域水资源优化配置提供科学支持,也能为缺乏长系列水文资料的河流核定生态流量指标提供借鉴.
Verification of ecological water level(flow)of Lianyang river
Under the influence of climate change and rapid economic and social development,the contradiction between water consumption and ecological environment is becoming increasingly prominent,and ensuring the ecological flow of rivers and lakes is of great significance.Due to the lack of long-term hydrological data,there is relatively little research on the ecological flow guarantee of small and medium-sized rivers.However,the demand for ecological flow guarantee for ecological environment health is increasing.Therefore,conducting research on the ecological water level(flow)of rivers and lakes without long-term data is of great practical significance.This article takes the Lianyang river as the research object to clarify the ecological water level(flow)control section,sort out appropriate calculation methods,scientifically determine the ecological water level(flow)guarantee goals,and propose ecological water level(flow)guarantee measures.The study can provide scientific support for the ecological water level(flow)guarantee in the Lianyang river basin,and also provide reference for the determination of ecological flow indicators in rivers lacking long-term hydrological data.
