简化调洪计算方法在江西省小型水库的应用探讨

在小型水库工程设计中,水库调洪演算必不可少.本文基于2010年版《江西省暴雨洪水查算手册》推求的五点折腰三角形洪水过程线,结合简化三角形法进行分析.由五点折腰三角形来水过程线分析,根据地表洪水总量和地表洪峰流量,利用来水与泄流之差为蓄滞库容原理、水库水位库容关系和水位泄流关系,可得到水库不同工况下,水库最大下泄流量等调洪成果.结合大量工程实例表明:为控制误差在8%以内,一方面该方法适用假设前提条件为下泄流量过程历时t等于上游水库来水洪水历时T,另一方面在最终成果选用上,需简化调洪成果计算值大于0.4倍的地表洪峰流量值.
Application of simplified flood control calculation method in small reservoirs in Jiangxi province
Reservoir flood control and routing are essential in the design of small-scale reservoirs.This paper is based on the five point waist folded triangular flood hydrograph calculated in the 2010 edition of the rainstorm and Flood Checking Manual in Jiangxi Province,combined with the simplified triangle method for analysis.Based on the analysis of the inflow process line of the five point folded triangle in Jiangxi province,the maximumdischarge capacity of the reservoir under different operating conditions can be obtained byusing the difference between inflow and outflow as the principle of storage capacity,the relationship between reservoir water level and storage capacity,and the relationship between water level and outflow,according to the total amount of surface floods and the peak flow rate of surface floods.Combining a large number of engineering examples,it shows that in order to control the error within-8%to+8%,on the one hand,this method is applicable under the assumption that the duration of the discharge flow process t is equal to the duration of the upstream reservoir flood T.On the other hand,when selecting the final results,it is necessary to simplify the calculation value of the flood control results to be greater than 0.4 times of the surface peak flow value.
