山口岩碾压混凝土拱坝三维有限元分析

碾压混凝土拱坝以其经济性和良好的结构性能在水利工程中广泛应用,但其复杂的施工过程和材料特性使得其应力分布和变形预测成为难题.文章建立了山口岩碾压混凝土拱坝三维有限元分析模型,该模型充分考虑了材料的非线性、施工分层及温度变化对坝体性能的影响,实现了对坝体内部应力、应变及温度场的准确模拟.研究结果表明:坝体结构在不同运行工况下位移幅度较小,坝体结构最大主拉应力和最大主压应力均未超过混凝土材料强度允许值,符合规范要求,通过三维有限元分析,有效揭示碾压混凝土拱坝复杂力学行为,为坝体结构优化、施工质量控制和安全评价提供科学依据.
Three-dimensional finite element analysis of the Shankouyan roller-compacted concrete arch dam
The roller-compacted concrete(RCC)arch dam is widely used in hydraulic engineering for its economy and good structural properties.However,the stress distribution analysis and deformation prediction of RCC arch dams are difficult due to the complex construction and material characteristics.In this paper,a three-dimensional finite element analysis model for the Shankouyan RCC arch dam was established,which fully considers the influence of material nonlinearity,construction stratification and temperature change on the performance of the dam.The accurate simulation of the internal stress,strain and temperature field of the dam was realized.The displacement amplitude of the dam structure is small under different operating conditions,and the maximum principal tensile stress and maximum principal compressive stress of the dam structure do not exceed the allowable strength value of concrete material,which conforms to the requirements of the code.Through three-dimensional finite element analysis,the complex mechanical behavior of the RCC arch dam is effectively revealed,which can provide the scientific basis for dam structure optimization,construction quality control and safety evaluation.
