Anti-swing Control Technology of Crane Based on Improved Differential Evolution Algorithm
The acceleration and deceleration of the crane and the change of the load during the opera-tion of the crane will cause the crane load to swing and affect the operation efficiency of the crane.In order to ensure that the crane can work accurately and reduce the occurrence of accidents,a crane anti-swing control technology based on improved differential evolution algorithm is proposed;the Lagrange equation of crane system is constructed,and the crane state model is constructed by nonlinear transformation,the system function index function can reach the ideal state by setting the crane operation restriction condition;The improved differential evolution algorithm is developed to increase the population size and individual vector dimension,increase the diversity of the population,improve the convergence of the control technolo-gy,and add the system overshoot into the fitness function to control the crane operation without collision.Through experiments,it is proved that the proposed technology can better control the stable operation of the crane and reduce the occurrence of swing.
