摘要

当前,电网公司的仓储管理存在着管理模式粗放、流程冗长、作业效率低下及人工成本高等诸多问题,因此迫切需要提高仓储管理效率、保障物资供应质量、降低管理成本.为了提高电网公司物资仓库的管理效率,提出了一种基于RFID识别技术的全新智能货架,该货架将嵌入式平台和边缘计算主机相结合,以实现智能化管理.该嵌入式边缘计算主机采用电容传感器和RFID传感器进行货物识别,并结合多种传感器进行综合应用,适用于不同的应用场景.该方法在一定程度上提高了传统普通货架的工作效率,降低了人工劳动强度,为企业节约大量成本.最终,经过测试验证,充分证明了智能货架系统设计的有效性.

Abstract

At present,there are many problems in the warehouse management of power grid compa-nies,such as extensive management models,lengthy processes,low operational efficiency,and high labor costs.Therefore,there is an urgent need to improve the efficiency of warehouse management,ensure the quality of material supply,and reduce management costs.In order to improve the management efficiency of the power grid company's material warehouse,proposes a new intelligent shelf based on RFID identification technology.The shelf combines the embedded platform and edge computing host to achieve intelligent management.The embedded edge computing host uses capacitive sensors and RFID sensors for cargo iden-tification,and combines multiple sensors for comprehensive application,which is suitable for different ap-plication scenarios.This method has to some extent improved the work efficiency of traditional ordinary shelves,reduced manual labor intensity,and saved a lot of costs for enterprises.Finally,after testing and verification,the effectiveness of the intelligent shelf system design is fully demonstrated.
