Integrated Scheduling Model of Preventive Maintenance and Job Shop Under Dual Resource Constraints
In the production process,it is necessary to carry out preventive maintenance and fault repair of the machine, but the number of maintenance workers is small, the training cycle is long, and the labor cost is high,so the human resource constraints must be considerated in the maintenance plan.To solve this problem, the integrated scheduling model of maintenance and production activities is established, which considers the double constraints of maintenance worker resources and machine resources.According to Weibull formula, the optimal pre-maintenance period is calculated, and the pre-maintenance time window is set.The pre-maintenance is carried out within the time window.According to the accumulated processing time of the machine, the fault maintenance may be required if the machine is out of the window. With the shortest production cycle being the optimization goal, the improved genetic algorithm is adopted to solve the model,three-layer coding is adopted, elite retention strategy is introduced, and the optimal number of maintenance workers in the job shop is found through numerical simulation experiments. The feasibility and effectiveness of the model and algorithm are verified by comparison with the research without considering the double resource constraints.
