Distortion Control Method of Automotive Rear Axle Spiral Bevel Gear Based on Phased Array Ultrasound
Because of the influence of distortion echo in the process of distortion control of automotive rear axle spiral bevel gear,there are a large number of noise signals,resulting in large control error,low control accuracy and poor control effect.Therefore,a distortion control method of automotive rear axle spi-ral bevel gear based on phased array ultrasound is proposed.Firstly,the vibration signal of spiral bevel gear of rear axle of automobile is collected by phased array ultrasonic technology,and the collected vibration sig-nal of gear is processed by anisotropic diffusion noise reduction method;then,according to the noise reduc-tion processing results,the scattering amplitude of the scattered wave is calculated by the distorted scatter-ing algorithm,and the echo characteristics of the distorted signal are obtained.The distorted signal is loca-ted by the curve matrix echo algorithm,and the position points of the distorted signal are obtained,and the characteristics of the distorted signal are extracted;finally,according to the Doppler effect,the frequency offset curvature of the distorted signal characteristics is calculated,and the resampling distortion control technology is used to resample the frequency offset reference points in different segments to control the gear distortion.The experimental results show that the proposed method has high distortion control accu-racy and good effect.
