Design of Debugging System for Production Line Driven by Virtual PLC
In response to the current low efficiency and low level of intelligence in production line de-bugging,a virtual debugging scheme driven by virtual PLC software in the loop is proposed.Firstly,by modeling and assembling the production line, the electromechanical concept design is carried out in the MCD module of NX software.Secondly, the PLC program is written using TIA Portal software. Finally, the virtual simulation PLC is enabled through PLCSIM Advanced, and connected to the MCD through signal mapping to complete the virtual debugging system construction. This system does not require any physical equipment, only one PC is needed to complete the debugging of the production line, simulating the status of each workstation during the operation of the production line. After verification, this solution can effectively complete the virtual debugging task of the production line and obtain equipment operation data.At the same time,a conceptual model for virtual debugging of production lines is proposed, providing a reference for the establishment of virtual debugging systems for production lines and the construction of digital twins for production lines.
