为提升能量输出控制精度,提出基于PLC软冗余的直驱式风机能量输出控制方法.根据直驱式风机系统内部结构,构建直驱式风机的数学模型,以直驱式风机的运行状态为基础,在基本风、阵风、渐变风和随机噪声风4种风速变化情况下,对直驱式风机空气动力学分析,根据直驱式风机在不同风速下的动态特性,将PLC软冗余系统与直驱式风机无功控制策略相结合,以风速变化及储能系统容量的限制作为约束条件,实现直驱式风机实施能量输出控制.实验结果表明,所提方法的直驱式风机系统频率偏差最高为0.025 Hz,验证了该方法的控制精度强、可靠性高.
Energy Output Control Method of Direct-drive Fan Based on PLC Soft Redundancy
In order to improve the control accuracy of energy output,a direct drive fan energy output control method based on PLC soft redundancy is proposed.According to the internal structure of the direct drive fan system,the mathematical model of the direct drive fan is built.Based on the operating state of the direct drive fan,the aerodynamics of the direct drive fan is analyzed under the four wind speed changes of basic wind,gust,gradual wind and random noise wind.According to the dynamic characteristics of the di-rect drive fan at different wind speeds,the PLC soft redundancy system is combined with the reactive pow-er control strategy of the direct drive fan.With the wind speed change and the capacity limit of the energy storage system as constraints,the direct drive fan can implement energy output control.The experimental results show that the maximum frequency deviation of the direct drive fan system in this method is 0.025 Hz,which verifies that this method has strong control accuracy and high reliability.
