Design and Analysis of a Networked Command System for Power Grid Regulation and Switching Operation
The current method of using voice telephone for power regulation and switching operation is not direct in the command process, and both dispatchers and recipients cannot grasp the other party's work status, which can easily lead to work delays. In response to this issue,a networked command system for power grid regulation and switching operations is designed.Firstly, the basic characteristics of the current distribution network regulation automation system are analyzed, and on this basis, the construction archi-tecture of the switching automation information system is established. Then,a network-based application architecture for power grid regulation and switching operation is proposed, which implements electronic preorder issuance and execution based on SOP processes,as well as real-time verification and security er-ror prevention functions during the switching operation process. The final practical application results show that the designed command system can effectively eliminate dangerous points such as homophonic misun-derstandings,shorten the issuing and receiving time of the power control center, and effectively improve the work efficiency of the switching operation.
