输电线路检修无人机机械臂感知检测系统

由于输电线路受到天气、环境和外界因素的影响,导致输电线路出现各种故障和损伤,无法确保电力系统安全稳定运行.为此,设计了输电线路检修无人机机械臂感知检测系统.硬件结构设计包括无人机模块、通信模块、机载吊舱模块、数据处理模块和无人机机械臂零值检测模块,5个功能模块协调配合工作,增强无人机机械臂感知效果.通过模糊神经网络计算无人机机械臂运动轨迹期望位置,实现无人机机械臂感知.实验结果表明,所设计系统具有较好的检测效果,能够有效提高检测精度.
Transmission Line Maintenance UVA Robot Arm Perception Detection System
Due to the influence of weather,environment and external factors,the transmission lines are affected by various faults and damages,which cannot ensure the safe and stable operation of the power sys-tem.This paper introduces a perception detection system for UAV used in transmission line maintenance,featuring a robotic arm.The hardware structure is designed with UAV module,communication module,airborne pod module,data processing module and zero value detection module of UAV robotic arm.The five functional modules work in coordination to enhance the perception effect of UAV robotic arm.The fuzzy neural network is used to calculate the expected position of the motion track of the UAV robot arm to realize the perception of the UAV robot arm.The experiment results show that the designed system has a good detection effect and can effectively improve the detection accuracy.
