摘要

为解决继电保护设备技术和管理的问题,以二次设备在线监测为背景,利用多业务数据融合方法建立了智慧服务平台.分析了保护运行数据采集、设备状态数据采集、现场作业数据采集和其他业务数据采集为主要内容的多业务信息融合技术,设计了基于多业务融合的变电站二次设备智慧服务系统,说明了总体架构、功能结构、物理架构和软件框架.以调控运行支持、保护专业管理、现场运维和日常信息共享为主要功能进行了应用说明,并针对系统实际应用进行了分析,主要说明了设备健康状态评价以及设备应用界面和展示功能等.

Abstract

In order to solve the technical and management problems of relay protection equipment,based on the background of online monitoring of secondary equipment,a smart service platform was estab-lished by using multi-service data fusion method.This paper analyzed the multi-service information fu-sion technology with protection operation data collection,equipment status data collection,field operation data collection and other business data collection as the main content and designed a substation secondary equipment intelligent service system based on multi-service fusion,and explained the overall structure,functional structure,physical architecture,software framework.The main functions of regulation and oper-ation support,protection professional management,on-site operation and maintenance,and daily informa-tion sharing are explained,and the actual application of the system is analyzed,mainly explaining the evalu-ation of equipment health status,equipment application interface and display functions,etc.
