Study on the Vertical Impact Stiffness Characteristics of the Limiter for Ships
In view of the nonlinear characteristics of the material of the key parts in the limiter, the constitutive model of the material of the key parts of the limiter is established based on the two-parameter Mooney-Rivlin model, the second-order Polynomial model and the generalized Maxwell model. The finite element software is used to establish the impact simulation model of the impact limiter and the correctness of the simulation model is verified by the drop test.On this basis, the influence of the structural parameters and working conditions of the key parts of the limiter on the vertical impact stiffness of the limiter is stud-ied.The results show that the vertical impact stiffness of the limiter decreases with the increase of the thickness and diameter of the annular rubber part, increases with the increase of the relative density of the metal rubber gasket, and decreases with the increase of the wire diameter of the metal rubber gasket;for the limiters with the same structural parameters, the vertical impact stiffness increases with the increase of the peak acceleration or the pulse width.
